By now you probably know that stuff in my house breaks, a lot! Not because we don't take care of our stuff, but because the house is old and so is a lot of the stuff in it.
Our house was built in the 1960's and we are not the original owners. We have renovated a lot of the years but a lot of things are still original, like the basement handrail and handrail mounts.
